Two to four bedroom cottages rent by the week during summer months but are available for shorter periods in the
off-season. All cottages have free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, charcoal BBQ, beach chairs, cable TV, outdoor
shower and a deck or patio. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
All cottages are either water view or within a short one minute walk to our private Nantucket Sound beach.

Are pets allowed?
With our apologies to the fury friends, pets are not allowed in the cottages or on the property.

Is there parking for multiple cars?
Each unit has two (2) assigned parking spaces per the lease agreement.

Are linens provided and is it included in the rental rate?
Yes linens are included in the rental rate. And yes, you will be provided bed sheets and one set of bath
towels (per occupant) per week. Please pack beach towels and extra bath towels if needed.

What time is check in/out?
Check in time is 4:00pm or later. Check out time is 10:00am or before.

Is smoking allowed in the cottages or on the property grounds?
Dennis Seashores is smoke-free. This includes all buildings, grounds, beach, walkways and roadways.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited which includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and vape
pens.

How many guests may stay in a cottage?
That would depend on the size of the cottage and number of beds. Each of the 33 cottages has their own
occupancy rate. Our quaint 2 bedroom cottages sleep 4 while the largest 4 bedroom cottage accommodates 9.

What is the cancellation policy?
When renting you'd be signing a lease agreement and would be held liable to the agreement. If you had to
cancel for any reason, we would have to re-rent the same cottage for the same dates in order to receive a
refund.
