For the quintessential Cape Cod vacation, we are a unique Cape Cod cottage community located on Nantucket Sound. Voted ‘Best Cottage Colony’ on Cape Cod for many years, Dennis Seashores combines the convenience and magic of a gorgeous private beach with the comfort of a fine selection of individual cottages for rent by your family. Whether you are interested in a spacious oceanfront accommodation or a private retreat nestled among the pines directly across from the beach. These attractive traditional Cape Cod style cottages have wood shingles and clapboard exteriors and tastefully decorated interiors accented by natural woodwork and beautiful wide board pine floors.
Our cottages all contain a fully equipped kitchen, charcoal BBQ, and outside sitting area for dining al fresco, outside shower, Cable TV, and WIFI. Bed sheets and towels are provided weekly. All cottages come with beach chairs so that there is no need to bring along separately.

There is an on-site manager (daytime, hours vary and are posted). WIFI is available.

23B Chase Avenue is ocean front and steps to the warm waters of our private Nantucket Sound sandy beach. Cottage located within Dennis Seashores in Dennis Port, Massachusetts. Centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to many restaurants, shopping and local attractions.

We stayed in 19 last year with family from Tucson and had a wonderful time. Had everything we needed and the ocean view was amazing. Can’t wait to come back in September and see the new kitchen. We’ve been coming up to Dennis Seashores since 1991 . Stayed in 23B for 17 years. Everyone is very nice and the grounds are kept up nicely. Stay safe and healthy.
